You may request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to process any refund or exchange requests.
We only accept refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged beyond usability upon delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unwashed.
Please provide your order number when you initiate a return.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We will issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Returns may take 1 to 3 business days to process once received.
We do not accept returns for digital downloads due to their nature.
